The Singer Takes the Blame On New Song, “Put It On Me”
R&B/Soul artist, Leela James has dropped a new single and visual for “Put It On Me” from her forthcoming album, See Me. On the new single, the award-winning singer and songwriter address how one’s own actions can impact their relationship – and choosing to accept the blame in order to simply let the relationship go.
The new album, See Me, due out July 30, 2021, will also include James’ single, “Complicated” which recently became the singer’s third Top 10 Billboard R&B record. “Put It On Me” is currently available for download via all streaming platforms.
