JoJo Hailey ft. Delvin Hailey “Got What U Want”
The legendary JoJo Hailey has released a new single via his JT Entertainment label entitiled, “Got What U Want.” The song features none other than JoJo‘s nephew Delvin Hailey, who is also signed to JoJo’s label. Delvin is the son of K-Ci Hailey – JoJo’s brother and one half of R&B duo, K-Ci & JoJo.

Anthony Hamilton “You Made A Fool Of Me”
R&B and Soul singer Anthony Hamilton is teaming up with Jermaine Dupri on a collaborative project due out this August. Hamilton signed to Dupri’s iconic So So Def label in 2003 and have released two albums on the imprint. The projects’ lead single, “You Made A Fool Of Me” was co-produced by Manuel Seal and Dupri.

Latocha “Full Time Love”
Legendary singer LaTocha Scott-Bivens from the group Xscape has released a new solo single called “Full Time Love”. The singer and author of the vegan cookbook, “Latocha’s Planted Lifestyle” shared that she wrote the song at a time when she was in seach of an unfailing love. “Full Time Love” will be featured on LaTocha‘s forthcoming solo album, The Invitation. Be sure to catch her with her group Xscape when she #Verzuz fellow R&B group, SWV on May 8th.

Lil Bayface (Babyface) “Rock Steady” (Demo)
The multi-gifted Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds has opened his archives to share with us the demo of “Rock Steady” under his alter-ego, Lil Bayface. “Rock Steady” is one of the many songs written by the talented singer/songwriter/producer. Edmonds wrote the song in 1987/88 for R&B group, The Whispers. Edmonds, who has written songs for some of the biggest names in music, plans to release more archived music.

Drew “Last Call”
Up and coming Soul and R&B artist, Drew has released her debut single entitled, “Last Call.” The gifted songstress is the daughter of none other than the exceptionally talented R&B artist and musician, Avery Sunshine. In the melodic first release, Drew warns a love interest that she’s not here for the chase, and if he wants to claim his position with her, he had better step up before she’s gone.

LaJon “Runaway Song” from the new EP, Soliloquy
Soulful singer and songwriter LaJon recently released an EP entitled, “Soliloquy.” The Georgia poured his heart and deepest thoughts into the five-track project that include the songs, “Valet Driver,” “Malbec On Your Lips,” “Wander Like Me,” “Runaway Song,” and the title track, “Soliloquy.” This impressive EP is currently available via all streaming platforms.

Angela Johnson “All In Me” ft. Darien Dean (Sol Brown Remix)
Angela Johnson and Darien Dean have revived their 2010 hit, “All In Me“with a new remix produced by Sol Brown. Johnson says of the song: “After working on a previous track with Sol, I felt like he was the one to breathe new life into “All In Me.” He had the right approach. He really listened to the song and created a remix that can take on a life of it’s own. He nailed it!”

JoJo Hailey Releases “Official”
Joel “JoJo” Hailey (K-CI & JoJo, Jodeci) has released a new single from his forthcoming solo project entitled, “Official.” The multi-platinum selling, Grammy nominated artist has spent more than 25 years in the music industry and recently started his very own, JT Entertainment label on which he has released music for his nephew Devin Hailey and his daughter, Sakoya Wynter. The hot new single, “Official” is very reminiscent of the Jodeci sound.

Dawn Richard Releases “Mornin | Streetlights”
The multi-talented Dawn Richard announced her new album Second Line, via RollingStone.com back in February this year. The forthcoming project will be her first on Merge Records. She previously shared singles, “Bussifame” and “Jacuzzi” from the new album, and she’s just dropped “Morning | Streetlights.” Dawn shares of the song, ““Mornin” starts out with my mother speaking about her love life, the fact that she’s only known one love, my father. [The song] shows the parallel of my love life with music.”

Raheem DeVaughn and Apollo Brown Release “When A Man”
Raheem DeVaughn is teaming up with up famed producer, Detroit’s own Apollo Brown on a new project entitled, Lovesick that will blend R&B, Soul, and Hip Hop. The first single from the album is entitled, “When A Man.” The song samples A Tribe Called Quest‘s “Luck Of Lucien.” DeVaughn shared that the song was inspired by the late Godfather of Soul, James Brown. Brian McKnight Releases “Hungry 4 U” Club Mix
Brian McKnight has dropped a surprise release for his fans with a special collection of Terry Hunter Dance/Club remixes of some of his recent hits. Terry Hunter is a world renowned producer, songwriter, and remixer. Faith Evans Releases New Single “Right Now”
The amazing Faith Evans has released a new single entitled, “Right Now.” The new song encourages listeners to act in the moment, and to not procrastinate. The multi-talented Jrdan recently released a new single entitled, “Ache.” Jrdan is a young musician from near Houston, Texas. The singer, songwriter and guitarist made her debut in 2020 with the lullaby, “Lay it Down“, a single Jrdan crafted with just vocals and guitar. Na’Quelle Tresvant, the daughter of R&B icon, Ralph Tresvant, has released a new single entitled, “Say Love.” The song was written by Na’Quelle and produced by her husband, producer and sound engineer Darius “KingD” Smith. AMN Magazine was the first to feature her single, “Leave Lonely” back in 2014. No word yet on whether or not Tresvant-Smith is working on a new album. JAWAN Releases Dual Singles “Assurance” and “Call Me”
R&B newcomer JAWAN has released two new singles entitled, “Assurance” and “Call Me.” The talented singer and songwriter released his debut EP, Broken in February 2019. Both songs were produced by Tonya Ayeba, and tell a story of a man fighting to salvage a relationship that is slipping away. Though he has acknowledged is fault, he may have done so too late. Sammie Releases New Single “Crazy”
R&B veteran Sammie celebrated his 34th birthday with the release of his new single, “Crazy.” Sammie shared an impromptu performance with his Facebook followers last April shortly after writing lyrics for the new song. Damar Jackson Releases New Single “Relax”
R&B newcomer Damar Jackson has released a new single entitled, “Relax.” The DeRidder, Louisiana native knew early on that music would be his path. The talented singer and musician has opened for Bobby Valentino, Ludacris and Day 26. He released his debut album, U2 via Label Gold/EMPIRE in 2019. R&B veteran Lil Mo’ is back with a new single entitled, “Broken Heart.” In the song, the ‘R&B Godmother’ asks the question, ‘where do you go to fix a broken heart.’ There’s no word as to whether Lil Mo‘ is working on a album at this time. Gallant Releases New Single “Relapse”
R&B artist Gallant has consistently given us one great song after the other! His new single entitled, “Relapse” will be featured on his forthcoming EP, Neptune. Gallant shared that the title was the first song that he penned for the new EP. After realizing that things weren’t working out with his former label, the talented artist decided to go indie. Leela James Is Back with A New Single “Complicated”
R&B/Soul artist Leela James has returned with a new single entitled, “Complicated” The song is Leela‘s first solo single in two years. Produced by Rex Rideout, the song opens with Leela asking the question, “Why does love have to be so complicated?” She wants to know if her love interest is ready to make a move, because she’s been waiting. H-Town Returns With New Single “Green Light 713″
Multi-platinum R&B group, H-Town, have released their new single “Green Light 713,” featuring legendary Houston rapper Lil’ Flip. The song was released through new label So, Let’s Talk and H-Town’s own imprint H-Town Music. “Green Light 713” is a remixed version of “Green Light,” from the group’s last album Child Support. The uber-talented Brandy has released a new single from her ‘B7‘ album entitled, “No Tomorrow, Part 2.” The duo will perform the song at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards tonight, October 14, 2020. Brandy recently released her critically acclaimed seventh studio album titled B7 led by her single “Baby Mama” featuring Chance The Rapper. The label’s latest release is a notable collaboration by soul legends Christopher Williams, Alexander O’Neal and Gregg Jackson entitled “Roses.” Williams opens the romantic slow-jam expressing that he’s going to send his love a dozen roses so that she knows of his affections for her. R&B icon Brandy has dropped a new single, “Rather Be‘ in the lead-up to her forthcoming album ‘B7‘, which drops on July 31, 2020. The new record is co-written by Brandy, DJ Camper, Victoria Monet and Antonio Dixon. Brandy‘s rich tone and lush harmonies fill the entire song. Avant Returns with New Single “Edible”
R&B legend Avant is gearing up for the release of Can We Fall in Love? This will be the singer/songwriter’s ninth studio album. Avant has released a new single from the upcoming project entitled, “Edible.” The album is due out on July 10, 2020 via SRG/ILS Group through a partnership with UMG Label Services. Roe Releases New Single Entitled, “I Like”
R&B singer and songwriter ROE has released a new single, “I Like.” The sultry track is inspired by the classic “I Like the Way (The Kissing Game),” by 90’s R&B group, Hi-Five‘s and produced by super-producer, Teddy Riley. R&B singer, Tweet faces the hard truth when she realizes that the one she’s with is not the man of her dreams. The talented songstress has to admit to herself that she allowed the relationship to go on longer than it should have in order to spare feelings. “I Admit It” was produced by longtime collaborator Charlie Bereal. R&B singer Ledisi has released a new version of her hit song, “Anything For You,” that features fellow New Orleans native, PJ Morton. The new version of the song only adds to the anticipation for Ledisi’s upcoming album The Wild Card. This will be Ledisi‘s first new album since 2017’s Let Love Rule.
