Musiq Soulchild + Hit-Boy Share Single “I Remember You My Ex”
The New Song Will Appear On The Collaborative Project, ‘Victims & Villians‘
Legendary R&B and Soul music singer, Musiq Soulchild has teamed up with Hit-Boy for a forthcoming collaborative project entitled, Victims & Villians.
The newest single from the project is named, “I Remember You My Ex.” The song, which shows Soulchild reminiscing about a former lover, was accompanied by a music video. On the song, Musiq laments about a lost love singing, “Ooh you make it hard to leave. All this reminiscing; girl it got me all in my feelings/ Could we just go back to before it all went wrong.” The music video was directed by Caleb Seales.
Musiq Soulchild first announced the project in an interview on comedian Bill Bellamy’s Top Billin’ podcast. The duo’s upcoming album Victims & Villains, is set for release on March 10th, 2023. The project is entirely produced by Hit-Boy.
