Donell Jones Taps Carl Thomas, Dave Hollister, Jacquees and RL for the Remix of Hit Single
The much-anticipated remix of Donell Jones’ “Karma” is finally here! The original version of the song was featured on Donell Jones’ album 100% Free released earlier this year. “Karma” — a song written by Jones that samples The Stylistics hit “Payback,” was almost an instant fan favorite! So it’s no surprise that Jones selected this single to add Carl Thomas, RL, Jacquees and Dave Hollister to create a ‘hot as fire’ remix!
On Saturday, July 10th much to the surprise and delight to their fans, Chicago natives Jones, Hollister and Thomas announced via their social media platforms that they would be forming a new R&B group called, The Chi.
Jacquees is still doing his thing, as he just dropped his latest single“Not Jus Anybody” featuring Future, while Carl Thomas recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of his classic album, Emotional.
